Welcome! Thank you for visiting. I am a Real Estate professional in the Lake Norman area who is a lifelong resident of North Carolina. In addition to being a top producer with Coldwell Banker United Realtors and growing my business 28% in 2010, I was fortunate to be named in the Circle of Excellence and as Top Selling Agent by Volume. I was also nominated for Best in Client Satisfaction by Charlotte Magazine’s annual report in 2009.
As a firm believer in exceptional customer service, the foundation of which I have built my business and with over twelve years experience assisting clients with buying and selling real estate, I take great pride in the tremendous repeat and referral business I have cultivated during my career. It is reassuring, knowing my clients were pleased if they recommended me to their friends, families, and business associates. Over 92% of my business during the last two years resulted from previous clients and personal referrals.
Specializing in the Lake Norman region, I focus in the Denver, Lincolnton, Cornelius, Huntersville and Mooresville areas. I have extensive training in relocation and have also received designations in short sales and foreclosures (SFR) and Luxury Homes. Prior to real estate, I participated in investing, property management, construction management and general contracting. Again I am fortunate to have these experiences, as they have become invaluable when achieving the best results possible for my clients.
A native of North Carolina, I have previously lived in Matthews, Concord, Huntersville, and Cornelius. I have lived on Lake Norman for the past 12 years and currently reside in Denver with my husband Scott and our three children. I attend Denver United Methodist church, teach High School Sunday School and volunteer with the youth group. Whenever I have a spare moment not assisting clients or volunteering, I enjoy traveling, reading, and “playing” on the lake with my family.
